Workout Music!
Welcome to the 2nd installment of my new workout music mix series titled “60 Minute Sweat Session”! Each mix will be approximately 60 minutes long and has a ~8-10 minute warm up & warm down section with the rest powering you through that peak calorie burning period. Volume 2 features some of my favorite pop, nu-disco, R&B, dance & electro remixes from the past year as well as a well timed throwback here and there.
